Awesome! That positioning of the wrist can be better for someone with wrist pain. Also positioning the neck like that, short term, stims the vagus nerve. Also the positioning of the pelvis creating a longer range of motion is fine too. Just kickback higher to get the same contraction. Your animation is very educational and good! I just feel like people try to correct human movement, we are supposed to move like we can move. With that said, everybody should be aware of using light effort and ease up. Love the animation keep crushing it!! 👑
