This iconic landmark is one of the best ways to see the city, offering 360° views stretching along the River Thames, where you can spot London’s most famous sights like Big Ben, St Paul’s Cathedral and Buckingham Palace. As a London local, I’ve been to plenty of viewpoints across the city, but what makes the London Eye so unique is that the view constantly changes as you slowly rotate. One moment you’re hovering above Westminster Abbey, the next you’re face to face with London’s city skyline.
