You may me over watering it. Too much water could cause it the soil to create fungi. How often are you watering it?

What is the problem.can’t see anything. One thing you may want to do is put a big plant saucer under it to catch excess water.

Not enough drainage that’s the beginnings of mold that comes when the soil isn’t draining. Scoop that out and add new soil when you repot. When you do make sure you loosen the roots before you put it back. Let it dry out for now you want the soil dry before you water it. I’m assuming the AC is on as well. That makes it harder to dry out which is why if it is in the air you water it even less. Get a self watering pot.

Repot into a new pot with good drainage. Not the terra cotta. The terra cotta is holding the moisture. New chunky soil. But overall she is looking good. Those peace lily heifers can be a lil dramatic when it’s time to water but perk right back up.

That style pot holds moisture so get one with a lot of drainage holes on the bottom get yourself some Oak bark, perlite and wormcasting. Make sure your soil is mixed with all of those components really well repot and then sprinkle some cinnamon on the top to encourage growth and keep away bugs. You should be fine after that, peace lilies are dramatic, but extremely rewarding!

Put her in. good spot and leave her alone! Wait till the soil gets almost dry, water it, and leave it alone! get a slow release fertilizer and leave her alone. I still have my peace lily from my mom's funeral 20 years ago. my sister keeps coming to get pieces when I split her. THEY ARE VERY FIN-NA-KEY!
