In a mixing bowl, lightly beat 3 eggs. 2. Add 1 cup packed brown sugar in eggs. Beat until light and fluffy. 3. In a separate bowl, melt 200gm chocolate with about 3/4 cup oil. Mix until smooth. 4. Add the melted chocolate to the egg mixture and mix well. 5. Sift in 1 cup all-purpose flour and gently fold with a spatula or hand whisk until just combined. Don’t overmix. 6. Pour the batter into a greased or lined 8x8-inch pan. 7. Bake at (160°C) for about 40 minutes, or until the top is set and a skewer comes out with moist crumbs. 8. Cool completely before cutting.
