It's Absolutely warranted PANIC! We work hard for tiktokshop and when they allow other people to stay on the platform with their links, still making sales and what they are accusing you of is mild compared to the same.Identical product that other affiliates are doing the same type of videos for. tiktok needs to be fair and they are absolutely not. they also tell us to give our experience of the products in order to sell them and then say that you're being misleading. i am very tired of this platform. and i'm not reaching out to none of these fake people.That's supposedly fix your account because i've heard too many stories of them taking over a person's account.Scamming once again. these are the types of things that tiktok needs to enforce, not people who have been with them since they started.And who work very hard for them and their sellers. the appeals process is a joke. they use AI too much. some of the violations that I have gotten there's no way that a human reviewed.The video absolutely no way. i want my money because it is not just a little bit. and because it is unwarranted the violation that I got for promoting a money attraction bracelet. the top 5 ladies Who are affiliates also posted about the bracelets And if tiktok wants to say mine is misleading, yet one of theirs shows the affiliate with one hundred dollar bills laid across her bed in the bracelet on top of it.And she's talking about how much money she's made from the bracelet. i never even made statements like that.In my video, it was done in a roundabout way because I know better. but at the same time, these bracelets are supposed to be for certain things.So if they want us to tell people our experience with a product, there should not be a violation unless somebody directly says "this product will definitely bring you money" that was never said in my video. i have about 4 videos of this product out there. One went viral and this particular video. The second one was going viral, all of a sudden. It was taking off like crazy. Yesterday. And so were the sales. when the views got to 43K BOOM! ALL OF A SUDDEN, I GET A VIOLATION AND TELLING ME THAT THEY ARE KEEPING MY COMMISSION FOR THIRTY DAYS??

I have been revoked for using my own content .i reposted a video and used auto cut - added new headline and voiceover ,.I had 16 points from almost 3 months ago about to expire .so basically it put me up to 24 points .they now said I cannot sell and can’t access commissions for 60 days .i am devastated . I appealed but loss the appeal . I am so angry as feel this is so wrong .No clear reason why I am banned .they are still pushing my video out which is frustrating .i have reappealed .its 3 days now and u am so frustrated as dont know how long i will wait for a answer .stressed out .i did send more evidence that its my content
