@zmilitanr: Т-62М (основной боевой танк) / T-62M (Main Battle Tank) — a Soviet upgrade of the original T-62, introduced in the 1980s to extend the life of this Cold War workhorse. Equipped with Explosive Reactive Armor (ERA) blocks for better protection against modern anti-tank weapons. Fitted with a new fire control system and laser rangefinder, improving accuracy. Armed with the same 115mm U-5TS smoothbore gun, but upgraded to fire modern ammunition. Enhanced engine (620 hp) boosted mobility compared to the original. Side skirts and appliqué armor increased survivability on the battlefield.
