literally me 😂😂😂🫠 as an ingredients checker of solid 8 years I wonder why tf all of the food that didn't have citric acid in it in the past all of the sudden has it in almost EVERYTHING 🧐❌️also, was interesting to find out that there's titanium dioxide in a coconut water can.... the food industry is nothing but poison these days, there's only 10% of real food in shops.....

When I start eating healthy I used to spend hours in shops, reading a labels and scanning on apps. Now I have the products which are good and shops I can get a certain things from so it’s much easier
