Nicely done. I don’t believe in capital punishment because most states (Texas) do not have sufficient standards. Also the DP is too arbitrarily enforced. No innocent person should be executed—and they are!!

I sometimes worry about that type of punishment and fear that the person might be innocent. In this style of case I have less concern based on the crimes. Cruel and unusual punishment started with the 🔨. Just my thoughts.
