A lot of people believe this: “I’m waking up with back pain because I’m getting older.” And I totally get it. When your body feels stiff every morning, it’s easy to assume age is the reason. I used to believe that too and I was only in my mid-twenties 🙄 Even clients would tell me they were “just getting old,” and for a while… I believed it. But then I started noticing a pattern. It wasn’t about age... it was about HOW they were moving (or not moving) their bodies. What if you’re not waking up in pain because you’re aging.... But you’re waking up in pain because your body isn’t being supported.🤔 When your muscles are tight, your joints are stiff, and your fascia is bound up — sleep becomes a stressor instead of a reset. And that stiffness in the morning is your body communicating to you. It’s begging you to move differently. Once clients start doing the right release work, mobility, and posture resets... the pain fades.🙌🏼 They stop dreading mornings. They stop blaming their age and start reclaiming their strength.
