Mmm I have it and two fractures that have healed L 2 and L 3 , plus L 3 and L. 4 ruptured discs .I also have osteoporosis , I’m Female , mother one one … can’t take HRT , had a full hysterectomy , ovaries removed , and cervix ,in 2010 , any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Me hice esa cirugía duro más de 8 horas. La mía fue en casi toda la columna. Recuperación lenta y de mucho cuidado con terapias pero fue un éxito. Voluntad y fuerza mental, requiere de mucha ayuda 🙏
