Busy night? No problem! This Shrimp and Broccoli Stir-Fry comes together in just 10 minutes, making it the perfect go-to meal when you need something fast, fresh, and packed with flavor. With tender shrimp, crisp broccoli, and a simple homemade sauce, this dish is easier (and better!) than takeout. Plus, I swap out oyster sauce for soy sauce, keeping it even more pantry-friendly. Ingredients For the Stir-Fry: •	1 tablespoon olive oil •	1 ½ pounds medium shrimp, peeled and deveined •	24 ounces broccoli florets •	1 teaspoon sesame seeds •	1 green onion, thinly sliced For the Sauce: •	3 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce •	2 tablespoons oyster sauce •	1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar •	1 tablespoon brown sugar, packed •	1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger •	2 cloves garlic, minced •	1 teaspoon sesame oil •	1 teaspoon cornstarch •	1 teaspoon Sriracha (optional) Instructions 1.	Make the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice wine vinegar, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, cornstarch, and Sriracha (if using). Set aside. 2.	Cook the Shrimp: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook, stirring occasionally, until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes. Remove shrimp from the skillet and set aside. 3.	Cook the Broccoli: In the same skillet, add the broccoli and cook, stirring frequently, until tender, about 2-3 minutes. 4.	Combine Everything: Return the shrimp to the skillet. Pour in the sauce and stir until everything is well coated and the sauce has slightly thickened, about 1-2 minutes. 5.	Serve: Remove from heat and garnish with sesame seeds and green onion. Serve immediately over rice or noodles if desired. Enjoy your delicious shrimp and broccoli stir-fry! #EasyDinner #ShrimpStirFry #QuickMeals #WeeknightDinner #deliciouslyBold
