not disrespecting anyones comments but wat does this private construction project hace to do with state and local issues ? transportation, housing, clean streets, health care etc is not the responsibility of a developer.

Pass it will never be amazing in this world. We want affordable living, not more "fancy" building pieces that serve no purpose other than to generate wealth. At least the Romans knew to help the poor and unfortunate. LLLLL
