yes! that's why it's called alchemy of SOULS. it is the plot. it is the souls that matter most. he fell in love with her in s1 and fell in love again in s2 because it's the same person. they said the eyes are the window to the soul, and that scene where he kissed her glowing eyes [proof of being a soul shifter] means it was naksu/yeong whom he fell in love with.
