I feel like some Nasheeds are the grey area, no? Some have musical instruments aside from the duff and aside from that, they can also take one’s mind off of the Quran or the catchiness can throw off full attention in salah. I’m no scholar, but when looking at the reasons I’ve learned as to why music is haram, I feel like some Nasheeds don’t pass either. As to listening to Quran mainly, I’m pretty sure we should be listening to Quran with high attention in order to respect it, which is smth important to point out when telling someone to replace music with Quran because many use music as a background noise, which Quran shouldn’t be, correct me if I’m wrong. May Allah guide us all and make it easy for us
