Should have been doing this for how many years now🤔🤔 Just asking because been driving over 30 years and not once have I seen a Dot scale house enforce it a single time 💯 and it’s been a requirement since day one 💯 facts Texas is the only state that , at a customs check point that I have ever been asked about being a us citizen but even there , I have not ever seen a English proficancy check done. 💯

Good grab them all up and give English proficiency tests and if they fail revoke there licenses right there. Get these illegal CDL holders off the roads to make it safe for all of us. It should be too hard to figure out who they are especially on the west coast. They more or less advertise it on the side of their trucks

I just had one a couple weeks ago at a shipper they sent a young Russian barely spoke in English, he usedGoogle translate they sent him out here with no training on a step deck either he asked me for help while I was waiting on paperwork he got a crash course on open deck, securement, and tarping
