That’s a good fix but it’s not long term, I have bad gerd and acid reflux, I take a proscription called pantropozole 40mg I take 2 day and I never suffered again from heart burn, it’s the best one

Im going thru the same I suffer Daily, Im on every prescription med,nothing seems to work, The O medication that u can't pronounce is Omeprazole basically prolesec I know about the Baking Soda you take it often it will cause BP and other issues Be careful, I feel for you, I know the pain.God Bless

I’m just now finding out in the past couple of years and all of our people didn’t know this I used to watch my grandfather do it when I was a little girl and as I got older food became an issue I did what I saw all my life and it worksEnjoy.

My reflux and stomach symptoms improve more with antihistamines than with proton pump inhibitors. With antihistamines, I notice reduction in symptoms like bloating, discomfort, and reflux within a short time. PPIs have not been as effective for me even with regular use. I wonder why
