Namkeen gosht نمکین گوشت Ingredients * 800 g lamb * ½ cup oil * 1 handful chopped spring onions * 2 onions, chopped * 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste * 1 tbsp black pepper powder * 1 tbsp coriander powder * 1 tbsp cumin powder * 1 tbsp salt * 3 cups warm water * Chopped green chilies (to taste) * 5 tbsp double cream * Sliced ginger, for garnish Method: 1. Heat the ½ cup oil in a pot. Add the chopped spring onions, lamb, chopped onions, ginger-garlic paste, black pepper, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt. Sauté for a few minutes. 2. Pour in the 3 cups of warm water, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat for about 2 hours, or until the lamb is tender. 3. Add the chopped green chilies and 5 tbsp double cream. Cook for a few more minutes until the curry releases its oil. 4. Garnish with sliced ginger and serve hot with naan or paratha. #namkeengosht #lamb #curry #viral #fyp
