unfortunstely i agree with almost everyone here. Razer quality has diminished and life span of product has shortened. my $50 logitech sounds even better and connects hasslelessly

Never had a single issue with a razer product. I got a mouse going on 8 years, love their headsets, and above all, I’ve tried almost all brands. Logitech went downhill, astros a50s were good and the rest are lacking in comparison like rig or corsair with their hissing sound

I’ve had the same headset for 4 years, same keyboard for 5, same mouse for 3, same camera since it came out. All work like new and no damage to anything. Those complaining: sounds like user error bc I’m not careful at all. Lmao.

Unfortunately razer kraken headsets have so many problems, my 120€ headset just started disconnecting every twenty seconds after about three months really sad because they are really pretty 💔

mics are awesome however the first day getting my pink kitty headset the volume adjuster already broke within 5 minutes and no adapters will work with it to play with Xbox as well. also they dont work well with people wearing glasses

I have a chair, kb, mouse, headphones (barracuda pro) and soundbar from Razer like for two years. Chair is still like a new, keyboard is fine, mouse, unfortunately, has a common trouble with a scroll wheel😕 and headphones are still good
