Thank u for sharing! I’m older now but your post carried me back to those haunting thoughts you’ve mentioned - even as far back as a small child for so many years!!! It was an obsession for me! Now I just don’t entertain them and if they try to sneak back in, I speak to the voice ( having realized the truth of where it was coming from) and say, “you are a liar and a thief and you no longer have any power of deception over me-I am a child of the King who loves me and I am chosen and accepted by my Father God.
