It happened to me and I’m a muslim woman who wears hijab, this should be illegal fr. They tell you the day they come and it could be any moment in 8 hour window and then they knock once and immediately come in, huh????

They're actually not allowed to enter without giving a notice in advance, so.. remember to check mail and noticeboard regularly.

Olin kerran munasillee syömäs pizzaa ku joku huoltotyyppi tuli soittamatta ovikelloa ovesta sisään ja suoraan keittiöön. Kun se näki mut se käänty takas, sano toiselle huoltomiehelle "asukas on kotona". Sit ne meni ulos ja soitti ovikelloa. Laitoin kalsarit jalkaan ja menin avaa oven niille.

3 weeks ago they woke me up at 7am because they came to change my fire alarm 💀 I just sat on the couch and stared at them so they would feel as uncomfortable as possible and finish their work faster. Works every time.

kerra unohin et oli huoltomies tulos kattoo semmosta ilmastointivehjettä, soitti ovikelloo joskus aikasi aamul ja koska en muistanu et se oli tulos nii en avannu ovee XD sit se tuli yleisavaimel sisää ja olin iha et sos kunnes sit muistin et ainii se oli tänää, mut en enää kehdannu paljastaa et olin kotona. Sit vaa makasin sängyssä liikkumatta hiljaa sillä aikaa ku se touhus ja toivoin et ei huomaa mua 🤣 ja huom asunto oli 30 neliön yksiö

Joudun työnpuolesta usein käymään asunnoissa yleisavaimella. Tiedotus viikkoa ennen postiluukkuun ja tullessa 2 x ovikellon soitto. sit huutelen kovaan ääneen "Päivää! Olis tämmönen tarkastus!" En haluu liian kiusallisia tilanteita. 😅

I don't believe anyone who says they come whit out any notification. they send u note always, but many people don't check their mail and just throw it away thinking it's nothing important or just a some sort of advertisement.

last time this happened i screamed at the guy for coming in before knocking (as that's illegal in my understanding) & he apologized, walked out & tried again the next day :) no issues if they knock & come in after no response, but to just open the door is not ok.

Yeah hated this when I used to work nightshifts, and the times I heard someone calling me lazy for sleeping "all day" at 9am😂 sir, I got off work barely an hour ago.
