@smokehousenick: Steak and Egg Tacos Settling our Weber Slate griddle to medium heat and greasing it up with @baconupbacongrease Laying down our hashbrowns to fry in that bacon fat. When they get browned up on one side, flip em over and turn the heat down to medium low. Crack your eggs and place 6 inch flour (or corn) tortillas over them, making sure to press down and break the yolk. After 3 min flip them over to toast the tortillas. Sprinkle mexi blend cheese on top and when they are toasted, pull them off and place them in your taco stand. Bump the heat to medium high and put some more@grease down to cook your steak. I’m using shaved ribeye from @k4gourmetbeef Flash fry it so that it gets a bit of char, on it then start to build your tacos. I cut the hashbrowns in half to fit the taco shells we made. Place them inside and then top with the steak. Sprinkle more cheese and then some salsa and you are ready to eat! #taco #breakfast #steak #jesus @Bacon Up Bacon Grease @Weber Grills @K4Ranches
