As a owner of solitary home, their not much better. Which sucks, I know people who bought a solitary home 30 years ago and their home held up great. But with ours, our air conditioning went out 4 times in 3 years and we had zero warranty. They all used to be great but now it’s all cheap and people don’t care anymore.

so glad we went with regional. we looked at Clayton spartan and regional. immediately we decided against Clayton. spartan was our next choice but he acted like we weren't serious or acted like he could care less. our home burnt we lost everything. he knew we had too buy soon. regional homes of gulfport had our backs and made everything good. Definitely recommend

Buy “cheap” get cheap results. Clayton hires moving companies, so it’s the private companies that “trashed”your yard. It’s not their fault they moved it within 24 hours of laying your pad. Maybe you should have planned ahead for your house pad.

Currently in my new Clayton home we’ve had for over two months and zero problems. This isn’t everyone’s experience but some. It has a lot to do with what factory built the home sadly some rush production and just throw homes together.

Get American Home Sheild.It help with appliances water links,wiring roofing.They help with a lot of stuff.U do have to pay for a subscription and if u get u have to pay for the service charges.nothing else.

No way the subfloor isn’t gonna be affected by that water that’s been sitting between it and that barrier. I’d say at this point they owe a new trailer. Ridiculous!

They drug mine trough a ditch the day it was delivered and have pictures and they cracked my roof and tweaked the frame they refused to do anything about it

My moms Clayton home has had so many issues. All of their homes are suppose to have a storm door on the front of the door is not inset. I talked to corporate about it. They ended up replacing everything after a year of fighting them. However that’s not the only issue she has had with them.

always do your homework. I bought scot bilt and hadn't had one issue. Clayton owns alot of names. don't buy any.

We had the same issues with Clayton we have lived in the house a year and a half and they just come and some what fixed stuff but our freezer has not worked since we moved. In now the fridge has quit

damn.. I live in a 1990s single mobile home and haven't had an issue only a hole in the floor from a leaking unit inside the house 🙃 sooo I guess old mobile homes it is

if the sidings crinkling it was shot too tight or in between the lock and can’t move back and forth like it’s supposed to cause it expands and contracts in weather change
