@kalifrancesart: Had so much fun painting with my new friends at the Listen Center this morning! 🎨💛 We spent the session painting our favorite things, and it was such a blast. I’m already excited for our next event, where we’ll be creating fall leaves and Halloween-inspired art. Even got to drive our van, which we’ve affectionately named Van Gogh—what a perfect companion for a day full of creativity! Now, back to commissions, feeling inspired and grateful after such a wonderful start to the day. #arttherapy #paintingfun #creativecommunity #artistlife #communityart

Some people try to argue that any stress at all is a bad thing for dogs. We argue that controlled stress that leads to an achievable goal fosters a sense of accomplishment in dogs, and builds confidence. Without confidence-building through exposure to stressful and intimidating things, dogs never develop the ability to cope with stressful situations, leaving them defenseless against a world full of unpredictable things. By helping them accomplish the goal we foster a sense of powerfullness and an understanding that they do not have to be afraid. The feeling of joy, accomplishment, and euphoria that follows is called "eustress." The people who claim all stress is bad will generally defend this position by saying the mental issues will manifest later, which is the easiest thing to claim and the hardest to prove. Unless of course you get to still work with the dogs later, on a regular basis. We have seen that these claims don't happen, and that years later the dogs are happy and well adjusted. Simply put, our real world experiences with hundreds of case studies are proving that the claims made by others are wrong. Challenge your dog. Help them to learn how to help themselves. Build a strong dog, mentally and physically. #rundawg #dogexercise #canineexercise #mobiledoggym #caninefitness
