You can’t guard Giannis. You have to literally 1v5 him to force the ball out of his hands but as we seen with Denver over the past 4 years Jokic is only good when he’s passing. But when you guard him 1v1 with a big hes locked up and only scores off put backs against guards.

Ton of Jokic assist are because Denver just runs DHOs and Outlet passes through him. Giannis actually drives and kicks and plays defense while being harder to guard 1 on 1 he clears

Giannis is the best in the world. Jokic is a monster on offense but his nonexistent defense grts overlooked for some reason. I’d rather have someone who can play both sides

Jokic can stopped by denying his playmaking lanes, and forcing him to be the primary iso scorer. OKC showed that these past playoffs, and Minnesota did the same the year before that.
