idk if it's the reason but since I started using honey in anything I drink instead of sugar my period cramps became far less painful than they were. I used to know that I am going to get my period a day before because of cramps but now I just get it without even realising which is kinda annoying but at least no pain ig 😭 anyway y'all should try that too maybe cutting sugar is the answer
