You have to understand, I didn’t do all of this because med school was unbearably hard. I chose to build this kind of routine for myself on purpose. For me, it wasn’t just about med school, it was about something bigger. I wanted to develop an unshakable sense of who I am and what I’m capable of. I wanted to train my mind to stay strong no matter the environment, the circumstances, the challenges, or even my own feelings. Of course none of this is strictly necessary, and yes, some things weren’t the healthiest. But I chose this path because I found purpose in it. Med school gave me knowledge, the journey gave me a mindset! Lots of love 🤍
