I would say values!!! putting an all black layer and setting it to ‘hue’ will give you a grey-scale view of the art!!

A fun way you could give more depth is by making pink and orange the base colours and blue and purple the shadows of ur trying to keep that pastel look :)

A good tip is to put your work in black and white and if everything kinda blends together then go and put it back in colour and darken some places eg the bottom of the arm and stuff to create more depth [yummy]

this is, by itself, a good artwork! the colors are great, if a bit too close to each other, and the theme is soo cute the main two things i would work on are the head (it's not possible for it to turn this much) and you can learn that by looking and even coping photos the second thing is the colors- right when you start coloring put a grayscale filter, if it's too close to each other, choose another color everything else comes with learning, with looking at references and stuff

agree with everyone for the contrast—try focusing on your sources of light and types of shadows and try placing a black and white filter every now and then to see if your drawing is still clear. Hope the advice makes sense!
