@theptmama: Replying to @👑🩵Jasmine King🩵👑 Here are some exercises to help a baby progress from hitch crawling to hands and knees crawling. Crawling with one leg bent behind and one leg out in front can be typical when a baby is first learning to be mobile. If it persists past a month, that’s when we should intervene. Hitch crawling will not bring the same benefits as crawling on hands and knees. It also typically indicates a tightness/weakness in the front leg. It can also indicate a core weakness, motor planning issue, sensory issues, or problems with reflex integration! #childdevelopment #babydevelopment #pediatricphysicaltherapy #babymilestones #babycrawling
