my manager snaked our old manager out of his job. came to our department he said I wouldn't have taken this job if I didn't have this great team. then two of our best quit. hired three lazy guys. he complains about them to us, doesn't do anything about it. now the entire team sucks including myself. he plays the martyr "I have to do everything myself" bad managers can destroy an otherwise well running team

Sto lavorando a una serie di quadri realizzati con foglia d’oro cangiante, che dialogano con la luce e con lo sguardo di chi osserva. Le figure emergono e scompaiono, si mostrano ora in positivo, ora in negativo, trasformandosi continuamente a seconda del punto di vista e dell’incidenza della luce. È come se l’opera danzasse con lo spettatore, in un movimento silenzioso e vivo, dove nulla è fisso, tutto vibra. In questa danza luminosa, la materia si fa spirituale, e l’immagine si rivela non come qualcosa di statico, ma come una presenza che interpella, che cambia con te mentre cambi posizione, come cambia l’anima quando si apre al mistero.
