Cried once in front of my little sister, she cried with me saying I don’t have to be strong, she said she needed to know I suffer too because she felt she was fighting on her own. Make sure to always check on your siblings and make sure to let them in even if it’s a little. Don’t make them the way we are. Because they’ll suffer in silence like we do too 🥲

I realized when my mom was going through her cancer treatment everyone cried but me.. I was the strongest but in reality I was crying by myself with nobody to comfort me

My 2 little brothers genuinely don’t give a shit about me, I always hide my face of some sort when i cry and they always find out and either laugh or just say “it’s okay k” all sarcastic, but my 17 yr old brother would always talk to me to make me feel better and he always said “c’mon k let’s go get high asf and forget about this”

my brother made me cry in walmart a few days ago. he told me he didn’t like me because im never home (my household is toxic) and that broke every part of me. he didn’t mean it but it hurt so badly and i couldn’t hold it in. he’s never really seen me cry, so he was very confused and felt really bad. i felt terrible for crying in front of him and getting so worked up.

all the times I’ve made them cry due to my bpd & bipolar episodes. seeing them cry when I had to be sent away.. my little siblings always hug me and tell me it will be okay. I’m glad I don’t have many episodes anymore & I’m glad I cry on my own time now. I’m a mommy now so crying on my own time is what is best.
