yes it looks kind and lovely! unfortunately this is happening since a long time! the longterm effect is a disaster! with time people get used to tips and they will belive its their right and if you don't tip you will get bad service or nothing at all! remember that there are middle class Egyptians who can't tip because they make around 200 dollars a month!!!!!
