Someone already said this but I bought a food scale and I have my fitness plan downloaded. 10k steps a day was really the most helpful thing to me but I was also in the gym for a lil weight training. Have fun with your foods try new things and I like to have a “cheat” day. Also as you lose weight update your calorie deficit because it might not be the same as when you started

My fitness pal or Lifesum! My fitness pal is free but if you want to track your macros, you’ll have to subscribe. Lifesum is the same way but MUCH more affordable

try the mymacros group on fb. They have a lot ideas but they do weigh everything which is tedious. They have a lot of meal ideas. I dont know if that helps haha

On several of the apps, you can add in your own “recipes”. Put in your protein (I weigh it all) and any other ingredients. You can then put in how many servings it makes. Then it will calculate the macros

I typically use a food scale and the myfitnesspal app. I don’t use it for veggies, just for protein and carbs. Don’t forget oils and butter and dressing when tracking. You got this 👏
