Honestly, Carbone is not worth it. Just hype and super expensive. I went a couple of months ago and am in no hurry to return.

I can’t stand that. Walk into a 25% full restaurant and they tell you they’re fully booked. No, no you’re not, or there would be more people here and there wouldn’t be waitstaff hanging out doing nothing.
