You’re literally fine. The fuel cap is on the right wing. Someone wasn’t paying attention and was filling it up and put too much. So it over flowed on the left wing. The tanks are all connected

Fueler overfilled it, nothing broke. FOPP (fuel over pressure protector) there’s 4 of them placed throughout the wings. Just a vent port for fuel to dump onto the ramp in the event that the fueler either wasn’t paying attention or the fuel expands as the wing warms up
