I know of a man who had a stroke at work ane because of that, could no longer write. He taught himself to write left handed and because of this lost a huge payout. The advice is solid. 👍🏼

Can you request that communication is only through email? My case manager raises her voice, makes false statements and says things that aren't true. It would be easier to manage through email.

funny this found me I was going to call my insurer and see if I could get spinal decompression therapy that could probably get me back to work. I have psoriatic arthritis my meds are working but not completely I can't stand for to long and have to rest. I'm thinking if I got back to work I would feel better I don't know don't want to push it.

ask the insurance company to provide a second opinion and get them to investigate your symptoms and testing more in depth - find what the problem is and a treatment that works for you by any means necessary

There is no benefit to having a verbal conversation with an insurance adjuster. it’s not required based on ERISA to talk to them.

if you are harassed your doctor can write a letter telling them to only go through the doctor, not you, the patient. harassis very stressful and you don't need that added.
