what floor should I have? (ignore the microwave, I’ll be un-flipping it as soon as i find a era appropriate fan/vent) this floor is only a year old and coming apart (the og owners put it in last yr when selling the house) i can’t decide between stone, tile, terracotta type brick, or a new vinyl in a vintagey-ier pattern. (It’s HIGH traffic with two large dogs and the door to the backyard)

Thank you for the tip on mixing wood tones, just moved into a new apartment and the floors and all cabinets are light medium cooltoned wood, but my furniture is dark wood 😅
