When I first started booking on AIRBNB 2 months ago, I had hoped that I would be given a chance to book, since I had recently joined AIRBNB and no reviews yet.( since then Ive had 3 stays & 3 review)

That wouldn’t have been a red flag for me because not everyone has used Airbnb. I’m one who has never stayed in an Airbnb so I wouldn’t have a review and I’m not a criminal

SUE the Airbnb Founders. (they are required to pay 100% of your legal costs upfront-so it cost nothing to sue them) I did & discovered they INTENTIONALLY misrepresent they do criminal background checks but they intentionally exclude all: arrests, warrants, & prosecutions. I found 11 guests in 5 months had significant criminal histories. A guest broke into a lockedcloset, stole tens of thousands in cash, swimsuits cameras, shoes, clothing, All my memory sticks. I discovered She was a career criminal w/12 arrests + 5 criminal cases active at the time. Airbnb has been aware since 2011 Criminal guests flock to Airbnb bec of airbnb's long-standing policy of NOT mandating gov ID. . any Criminal wanting to commit a heinous crime can check into your place under a fake name, commit the crime & destroy your place & your life. Criminals can't hide from law enforcement or commit heinous crimes in hotels bec all hotels ask for gov ID; Airbnb has been THE choice for criminals since 2010. All the founders care about is revenue. each have attained a net worth of $8 b at the expense of hosts like you and me suffering long term PTSD...hosts have found dismembered body parts, human blood, had their property surrounded by SWAT teams, or been graped by guests wanted for SA. Airbnb has illegally created their own definition of "criminal background checks"..... to misrepresent to you that they do them. criminals arrested and prosecuted for violent crime or burglary multiple times, or hiding from the law, and criminals looking to commit murder, sexual assault, etc can freely stay in your place. The Founders need to be persnally sued. I found loopholes in their agreement they can't get around. If you need help with prosecuting them please let me know. hosts who have found a dead body in their homes have to disclose this to buyers if they want to sell it, which affects the value of your home.. If enough of us suffering trauma pursue the Founders using the loopholes I found, they will start having to pay out millions out of their own pockets to us for all the distress they cause & will eventually stop being so intentionally negligent.
