Use of force is authorized to prevent someone in crisis from hurting themselves or others as long as the force is within reason. drawing a Taser and assisting him to the ground was not excessive. so due to the ❄️❄️he and his altered mental state he went into excited delirium syndrome and his heart gave out. hopefully the officer isnt held responsible for Hernandez's passing

“Positional” asphyxia is a real danger. And it can be exasperated unknown health issues, drug use, etc. I agree the circumstances dictated an immediate UOF option to bring him into custody.
