Okay but the 3 involved in this story ( so far) have been great. yeah Christa was rude, but thought she did her job. Was embarrassed and the stylist kept her boundaries(fantastic) and then Christa owned up. I agree with the client. that's the important part!!!! Client is fair to warn and Stylist is fair to be upset. I don't think this is fire-able. but definitely a learning step
