Cause back then it was seen as Sexist or Disgusting to put attractive outfits on Women in games, but now its flipped cause they see how well games like Stellar Blade, Marvel Rivals, ZZZ and many others have done and how they got so popular, and it was 2 things that did it. Gameplay and Eye candy. I mean what would you rather play for good looking characters? Mortal Kombat 1 with every single Female character having 90% of skin covered up in Flat and Boxy clothing? or Marvel Rivals with Skin tight suits and alternate skins revealing more skin? Both games are good, but one is lacking while the other is providing.
