I just rewrite everything AI gives me and get rid of the em dash, that way they can’t see it was copied and pasted (if that’s a thing)

Serious question? Why does it matter to these hiring managers that someone used an AI to write a resume? Why does it matter so much when before people would use a resume writer to make the resume look better. People would take classes to learn how to make themselves sound better on paper or get their moms to write it. I do not see the big deal.

As a healthcare recruiter I can tell you now I don’t give 2 shits if you use chat gpt to write your resume. If you answer good and meet the qualifications of the job you could have your grandma write the resume for you.

Pretty sure you shouldn’t use a comma, but a semi colon instead. Could be wrong though. In a resume that doesn’t really matter
