In Wisconsin that State Statute says your dog must be in a leash at all times. BUT if the dog wasn’t doing anything to her there was really no reason for her to open her mouth 💯 she really should have just minded her business 💯🤣

When I take my dogs on trails, I don’t mind trained off leash dogs even if it’s a leashed only trail cuz they pass by and don’t mind us. It’s the untrained Neanderthals with their equally untrained dogs that ruin it for anyone.
