small lip to cradle bottom where it is now, bolt to bearing retainer and where the 2 housings meet in the middle and make it bolt further back on the plate to keep weight low and back possible?

Build the jack on the mount.

dedicate the jack for the diff. and rework your diff adapter so it actually hangs over the jack plate and lengthen your front wheels and you could set the adapter on the floor if you wanted

Take the 3” out and cut down the yoke support. You can then adjust the Jake up and down to get your height.

Your design looks awesome but being too tall is a constant problem. I have a gray trans jack and sometimes it’s even too tall with the bolt flange sitting on the jack plate. Could you design it to where it sits right on the jack and then have a cradle that goes across horizontally and shorten your bracket that bolts on ?
