I agree with both of you. I can see both sides. Savannah is exposure, but not true baseball. Same way the Harlem globetrotters is not basketball. I think you just tell the kids what’s what, and they’ll figure it out. As long as they know a backflip catch in a real game doesn’t count for any thing extra….. things will work themselves out

or...your getting older and follow that natural historic trens that the older people get the more likely they are to play and watch more golf each year. golf viewership is no different than it was 5-7 years ago and less than 10+ years ago.

Diehard baseball people are like WNBA players, they just don't understand that fans are good for the game, and fans want something fun

It would help because it’s more entertaining and fun. It would help to learn from that.

My son hates watching baseball, loves watching banana ball…. And he still likes playing traditional baseball.

I went to a bananas game when they came to Anaheim. I had more fun in the two hours that I was at that game than I did at any angels baseball team. I’ve gone to in my entire 42 years on this planet the bananas make baseball fun.

It’s true. Exposure and relevance. A kid may not resonate watching Sheffler on tour but may see Grant Horvat or Garret and think “I could do that” because they make it look cool. Maybe watching MLB doesn’t resonate with the kid like a SB game.
