A simple recipe that proves less really is more🍝 Ingredients: • 1 cup of heavy cream • 2 cups freshly grated parmigiano reggiano (very finely grated) @Whole Foods Market • 4 tbsp unsalted butter @Vital Farms • 2 garlic cloves, minced • 1/2-1 cup pasta water • Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: 1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, cook the fettuccine until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain. 2. In a large pan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. 3. Add the heavy cream and gently simmer for 2 minutes. Add salt and pepper as needed (don’t do to much salt as the parmigiano reggiano is salted) 4. Add the hot pasta directly into the sauce. 5. Add the grated parmigiano reggiano, and slowly start splashing the reserved pasta water until you get a glossy, creamy sauce. 6.
