Did videos for the first 6months and saw no change in hours. Stopped doing the videos and my hours actually went up

Video MPIs are the biggest waste of my time as a tech. it's 90% warranty work and warranty customers just dont buy. I couldn't even get a brake flush on a warranty engine job where the vehicle was not safe to drive had to do it for free to be able to road test bc we are required to put miles on a new engine.
