they gave you a handicap room more than likely the room you requested was sold out. we do it all the time.. handicap rooms are 10 feet larger than the suites in total footage.

Honestly I dont even tell people I had to switch them to a handicapped room just put them in it and see if they complain 97% won't say anything especially if u pick a reservation that you know was booked by a travel agent.

I got upgraded to "suites" a few times & they were 3 bedroom with kitchen & dining room, too much for me, every little noise sounds like somebody eles in there...btw I also got rooms with bathrooms for the hanndi-capable too 😎
