After a little research this has been happening at other places. They claim it is not their official policy to have people working alone but then say staff shortages is causing it to happen. If that is the case and you are saying staff shortages are happening why fire her? Did she just not show up at all for days on end because she has no baby sitter? She’s having an issue yet she’s working alone which is against official policy but still gets fired. Something is still not adding up here.
