@itsrosieandharry: My fiancé was craving apple crumble 🍎🥧✨ Ingredients: (apple base) Apples - 2x green & 2x pink lady Flower - 1x tbsp Sugar - 1/3 cup Salt - 1/4 tsp Cinnamon - 1/2 tsp Nutmeg - 1/4 tsp Lemon - 1x tbsp (for the crumble) flour - 1 cup Brown sugar - 1/3 cup Cinnamon - 1 tsp Nutmeg - 1tsp Salt - 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract - 1 tbsp Butter (unsalted) - 1/2 cup (extra toppings) caramel sauce Sliced apple Vanilla ice cream Method: 1. Cut apples into roughly 2cm pieces 2. Season apples with sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, flour and a squeeze of lemon. Place aside 3. For the crumble topping add flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, vanilla and butter in a bowl and combine until it mixes into a rough crumble topping texture 4. Place apple mixture into chosen baking tray & place the crumble mixture on top 5. Bake for approx 25 minutes on 180 in the air fryer 6. Top with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce ✨
