How did you balance eating enough carbs to have a intense workout and adhering to a diet that maintains regular blood sugar levels? When you lost weight did you lose strength?

I used to wake up just about every two hours to use the bathroom at night. I wasn't deemed prediabetic (I have had blood work done prior to weight loss), but I'm sure I was on my way. I've lost almost 50 lbs since March. Now I may wake up once to use the bathroom, but I also drink a good amount of water right before I go to sleep most times. Either way, going from walking up multiple times a night to one makes for a better night sleep! 💯

@Chas Capp:If you drink a lot of water and or drink some beer or alcohol you will get up once to pee. My blood work was perfect at 62 and many doctors said once is normal. 3 or more times is maybe a problem. Just Google it.
